Building/Construction Permits

Please follow the links below to submit construction or building permits. Read all instructions carefully and make sure you have all supporting documentation available before you begin. Once you submit an application, you will receive a confirmation email from our office and we will begin processing the application. You will then be contacted by our staff to discuss any questions regarding your application and to arrange payment of permit fees.

- This permit is for new construction, additions to homes, renovation of an existing structure, construction or installation of a storage building (including pre-fab buildings), carports, and mobile home installations.
Roofing Permit Application - Click Here
- This permit is used if you are installing a new roof on an existing structure with no other structural modifications.
Electrical Service Upgrade Permit Application - Click Here
- This permit is used if you are upgrading any part of your electrical system, including service equipment (meter base, breaker box, disconnect, etc.), wiring, or other electrical components.
