The City of Oak Hill holds a conservation easement on city-owned property in the Oak Hill District of Fayette County, originally conveyed to the City by Berwind Land Company.
The easement was granted to the West Virginia Land Trust, Inc. on April 29, 2019. It is perpetual, meaning it stays with the land regardless of future ownership.
