This permit is for new construction, additions to homes, renovation for existing structure, roofing work, construction or installation of a storage building (including pre-fab buildings), carports, and mobile home installations.
Before submitting an application, please review all requirements and ensure supporting documentation is complete. Once submitted, applications are reviewed by City staff and applicants will be contacted regarding next steps, inspections, or required fees.

Once an application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from the City. Building Department staff will review your submission and contact you if additional information, inspections, or payment is required.
