If you have experienced a fire and need to obtain a fire report you must submit a request in writing.
Send this information along with a $30 check or money order made payable to the OHVFD, PO Box 1245, Oak Hill WV 25901 or take to City Hall at 100 Kelly Avenue, Oak Hill.
