Mark Via is Chief Operator of one of the two collection plants operated by the City of Oak Hill. 
 

The plant he operates from is the Minden plant, along with James Ellison, plant technician and the collection crew - Joe and John Lafferty.  

  • The Minden Plant handles .750 MGD.

Butch Whitmore oversees the Rt. 61 plant, with James Colaiseno as pump station technician. 

  • At this time there are 10 pump stations in this area. 

  • The Rt. 61 Plant handles .300 MGD.
