Valerie Vaughn
Ms. Vaughn plays an essential part of the governing body for the City of Oak Hill. She is the official record keeper, she will administer and preserve the city’s records with integrity and accountability while she exercises independent judgment that is consistent with applicable laws, city policies, and administrative guidelines.
Her responsibilities as clerk are recording all Council’s official actions, and maintaining contracts, ordinances, resolutions, and agreements. In addition, she will ensure all Freedom of Information requests are processed according to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).
