Chris was elected to council on June 13, 2023. He is a graduate of Oak Hill High School and is very involved in his community. He is married with three daughters and two granddaughters.
Chris has been employed with a local utility company for over twenty years and is a Operations Technician for the Oak Hill area. He has spent the last 25 years as a member of the Oak Hill Volunteer Fire Department where he is currently a Lieutenant but more importantly he proudly serves as the department's Chaplain.
During his years in the fire service he has served in multiple roles and on various committees at the county level where he also previously served as the Secretary/Treasurer and the President for the Fayette County Firefighters Association. Currently he is the Team Coordinator for the Fayette County Critical Incident Stress Management Team. A team that helps First Responders cope with PTSD and the mental stress associated with their careers.
Chris and his family are faithful members of Solid Rock Worship Center and are part of the Ministerial/Leadership team.
