CITY OF OAK HILL MUNICIPAL COURT CITATIONS  

 

If you have received a citation and would like to enter into a payment plan agreement with Oak Hill Municipal Court, you must complete a financial affidavit document. This document can be found below under supporting documents.   Please review the instructions before completing the financial affidavit.      

 

Please remember the financial Affidavit must be notarized and returned to our office with your signed plea (see reverse side of citation of plea section).

     We provide safety and service to approximately 8,000 residents and business owners, workers, and guests.   We take pride in handling every situation with state of the art equipment and quality training.  Officers are available 24 hours-a-day, seven days-a-week to prevent criminal activity, apprehend suspects and violators.  We pride ourselves in partnering with citizens and business owners to make the city a safe place to live, work, and visit.
