Bid Process for Road Paving 2025

Request for Sealed Paving Proposals

The City of Oak Hill will accept sealed, itemized proposals until 4:00 PM on Monday, August 11, 2025, for the paving of multiple city streets. A full list of streets and project details can be viewed on the paving project map here.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference:
Tuesday, July 8, 2025 @ 1:00 PM
Council Chambers – Oak Hill City Hall, 100 Kelly Ave., Oak Hill, WV

Bid Submission Options:

• Mail to: Attn: City Manager / Paving Bid, PO Box 1245, Oak Hill, WV 25901
• Deliver to: Oak Hill City Hall, 100 Kelly Ave., Oak Hill, WV 25901

Requirements:

• Proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance
• 5% Bid Bond with submission

Late bids will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened and considered during the City Council meeting on August 11, 2025, or shortly thereafter.
