Oak Hill Sanitary Board
The Oak Hill Sanitary Board will hold an informational public meeting regarding its Industrial Park WWTP Replacement & Collection System Reb project in accordance with Clean Water State Revolving Fund requirements. The meeting will be held at Oak Hill City Hall, 100 Kelly Avenue, Oak Hill, West Virginia on December 11, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
The proposed project consists of demolishing the Fayette Plateau Industrial Park WWTP and replacing it with a list station to pump the industrial park’s sanitary sewer to existing gravity sewer system along Lochgelly Road, installing a lift station on Blake Street, installing twelve (12) manholes, installing approximately 1,300 LF of force main and installing approximately 3,000 LF of gravity line.
The project is focused on the Fayette Plateau Industrial Park WWTP, as well as the sanitary sewer collection system along Blake Street.
