The City of Oak Hill is proud to support the original winter ultra race through the New River Gorge National Park on February 21st. This is a fantastic opportunity for runners to test themselves against the winter elements on a burly 50K point-to-point course.
Event Highlights:
- Scenic Trail Course: A challenging route from Fayetteville to Hawks Nest State Park with expansive ridgeline views.
- Community Impact: Proceeds benefit Adventure Appalachia, a non-profit expanding access to outdoor adventure in our region.
- Post-Race Celebration: A pre-race raffle and check-in event are held at The Lost Paddle.

- Time: Race starts at 9:00 AM (Check-in available Friday evening).
- Location: Start line at the Fayette County Courthouse, Fayetteville; Finish at Hawks Nest State Park.
- Registration: Advance registration required; limited capacity per National Park Service regulations.
