Workshop Highlights
This immersive experience is led by Expressive Arts Therapist Sydney Rosenberg and Hannah Gladwell, LMT. It is designed to inspire creativity, reflection, and community building, requiring no prior art experience.
- Intuitive Art-Making: Participants will use mixed media and natural materials to create a visual representation of their New Moon intentions.
- Herbal Elixir: Enjoy a specially prepared, autumn-themed botanical blend designed to nourish the body and elevate the spirit.
- Ritual & Reflection: The session will include simple New Moon rituals, journal prompts, and gentle guidance in a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere.
