Learn more about your property assessments, farm exemptions, and tax forms with help from your County Assessor.

  Signing Up for the Homestead Exemption?

If you plan to sign up during the clinic, please bring:

• Your West Virginia Driver's License or State ID, or
• Your award letter from the Social Security Office (for disability exemption).

Eligibility: You may apply if you are 64 years old and will be 65 before July 1, 2026.
